How we source and service Kuycon monitors
This page explains where our monitors come from, where our stock sits, and who repairs a unit when something goes wrong.
We buy from the factory, not from a middleman
Our monitors are purchased directly from the manufacturer in Foshan, Guangdong, the company behind the Kuycon brand. The units we ship are genuine, new and identical to those the factory supplies to its other distributors. Our team visits the site very regularly, meets the production teams and inspects the lines. Every unit we sell is registered by its serial number: we track each warranty from that number, and you can check the cover on yours at any time with our serial number checker.
Stock held in Europe
We keep buffer stock in Europe so that orders leave quickly and so that a replacement can be sent without waiting for the next container. Larger volumes ship from the factory directly, which keeps handling, and the risk of transit damage, to a minimum. Every monitor leaves in reinforced anti-shock packaging with custom foam protection. From there we ship worldwide, DDP or DAP, whichever you choose at checkout, depending on the destination.
Warranty and after-sales, handled in Europe
Every monitor is covered for 2 years in the European Union and 12 months outside it, against material and manufacturing defects. Our defective pixel policy is stricter than ISO 9241-307 Class I.
After-sales is handled in Europe by our own technicians, together with our contracted partner in France, Place du Mac (SIRET 842 262 750 00016, VAT FR51842262750), which carries out service work on our behalf. A warranty claim therefore does not mean shipping your monitor back to Asia at your own expense. Outside the European Union the warranty is borne by the factory itself. We supervise every case under our own procedures so that a genuine material defect costs you nothing. Accidental damage and breakage remain excluded.

What we are not
We are not the manufacturer, we hold no exclusive rights, and we are not an "official" or "certified" reseller. Nobody is. The factory supplies several independent distributors and deals with them on an equal footing; we are one of them.
