Every Kuycon monitor is covered against material and manufacturing defects. Here is what your warranty includes and how to make a claim.
Warranty period
Kuycon monitors are covered by a 2-year warranty within the European Union et une 12-month international warranty outside the EU, from the date of purchase. The applicable period is determined by the delivery country of your order.
Eligibility
The warranty applies only to equipment purchased from Kuycon on kuycon.co or from the authorised resellers listed on kuycon.co. Products bought on third-party marketplaces or from unauthorised sellers are not covered by the free warranty (see “Bought elsewhere” below).
What is covered
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that prevent the monitor from working normally, including:
- Failure of critical components (power supply, video inputs)
- Serious display defects: permanent lines, significant backlight bleed, marked colour distortion
- Defective pixels beyond our threshold (see below)
Defective pixel policy
Kuycon monitors comply with ISO 9241-307 Class I. Our policy is stricter than the standard: if your unit shows more than 1 defective pixel (bright or dark) per million, it qualifies for replacement.
What is not covered
- Minor pixel anomalies below the threshold above
- Cosmetic wear
- Misuse, accidents, drops or liquid damage
- Improper handling, installation or modification
- Damage caused by external factors or natural events
How to make a claim
- Write to our customer service with your order number and evidence of the defect (photos or a short video).
- Our team confirms eligibility and arranges a diagnosis if required.
- Confirmed defects are resolved by repair, replacement or refund, at Kuycon's discretion, after inspection.
