2. Scope and acceptance
- These terms govern every sale concluded on this site between Reboot Global Corporation Limited and the buyer.
- Placing an order constitutes unreserved acceptance of these terms.
- Orders placed electronically are valid and enforceable under the Hong Kong Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553).
- The applicable version is the one published on the site on the day of the order.
3. Products
- Kuycon monitors and accessories, sold new and under warranty.
- Detailed specifications appear on each product page; photographs are for illustration.
- Descriptions are prepared accurately, in line with the Hong Kong Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362).
- Offers are valid while stocks last.
4. Prices, taxes and customs duties
- Prices are shown in euros and exclude delivery charges.
- Depending on the destination, applicable tax is either included in the price or added at payment; the exact amount is displayed before you confirm.
- For delivered duty paid (DDP) shipments, import duties and taxes are included. For delivered at place (DAP) shipments, they remain payable by the recipient.
- Reboot Global Corporation Limited may change its prices at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when you order.
5. Orders
- Orders are confirmed by email once recorded.
- The sale is finally formed upon receipt of payment in full.
- Until the order has shipped it may be cancelled on request to contact@kuycon.co.
- We may decline an order in the event of a previous dispute, suspected fraud or unavailability.
6. Payment
- Accepted methods: payment card and bank transfer.
- Payments are handled by certified providers; we never store card details.
- Goods remain the property of the seller until the price has been paid in full.
7. Delivery
- Delivery areas: the European Union, the United Kingdom and the other countries offered at checkout.
- Indicative lead time: 48 hours to 9 weeks depending on the product, stock and destination.
- Delivery charges are shown before you confirm your order.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer buyer on physical delivery of the product.
- Please report any damage or missing parcel as soon as possible so that we can take the matter up with the carrier.
8. Legal guarantee
- Products carry the implied terms as to quality and fitness set out in the Hong Kong Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26).
- Consumers resident in the European Union also benefit from the two-year legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771 as implemented in their country.
- If you are resident in the United Kingdom, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies.
- These legal guarantees are free of charge and apply independently of any commercial warranty.
9. Kuycon commercial warranty
- Term: 2 years from the date of purchase.
- Covers manufacturing and material defects under normal conditions of use.
- Exclusions: accidental damage, impact, liquid, power surge, modification or repair by an unauthorised third party, normal wear.
- To make a claim: contact@kuycon.co, enclosing proof of purchase and the serial number.
10. Defective pixel policy
- Standard tolerance: up to 3 dead or bright pixels, not concentrated within the central 5 cm × 5 cm area.
- Beyond 3 defects, or for any defect in the central area: free replacement or partial refund.
11. Right of withdrawal
- Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving any reason.
- Tell us of your decision by an unambiguous statement sent to contact@kuycon.co.
- The product must be returned complete, with its accessories and original packaging, in a resaleable condition.
- Return costs are borne by the buyer, except where the product is faulty or not as described.
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of our receiving the product back or of proof that it has been dispatched.
12. Returns and after-sales service
- All return requests must be approved in advance by customer service.
- The return address is provided by customer service once your request is approved; parcels sent without approval will not be processed.
- After-sales service is provided within Europe.
13. Force majeure
- The seller is not liable for events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, conflict, or disruption of transport or networks.
14. Personal data
- The data we collect is necessary to process the order, issue the invoice and provide after-sales service.
- It is processed under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and, for EEA and UK residents, under the GDPR and UK GDPR.

15. Liability
- The seller's liability for indirect loss is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
- Nothing excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, in particular under the Hong Kong Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71) or under the consumer law of your country of residence.
16. Governing law and dispute resolution
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- The courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction, on a non-exclusive basis.
- Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence and may bring proceedings before its courts.
- We favour amicable settlement: send any complaint to contact@kuycon.co and we will reply within 14 days.
17. Changes to these terms
- These terms may be updated at any time.
- The version applicable to an order is the one in force on the day it is confirmed.
