1. Fast and reliable delivery
We make every effort to ensure that your order sails you as soon as possible, everywhere in Europe.
Shipping modes:
- Colissimo, Chronopost, Fedex or UPS according to the current contract. We reserve the right to modify the selected carrier during your order to optimize deadlines and costs.
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe : Delivery in 4 to 16 business days.
- Rest of the world : Delivery in 5 to 20 working days.
Shipping costs:
- Shipping is calculated from your delivery address and shown in full at checkout, before payment.
- Within the EU, all customs duties and import VAT are included in the price (DDP): nothing extra to pay on delivery. For destinations outside the EU, any local duties or taxes are shown at checkout or, where applicable, collected on delivery by the carrier.
Order processing:
- Any order placed before 16h (Paris time) will be prepared and shipped within 2 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday).
- The orders placed after 16h or during the weekend are prepared from the next business day.
Note:
- Once your order entrusted to the carrier, we can not be held responsible for any delivery delays.
- Once your order entrusted to the carrier, we can not cancel the order. You have to contact the customer service and receive the parcel in which case the package will return to the warehouse and you serve billed transportation costs.
2. Returns and retractions
We do our best to satisfy you. Here's how to proceed in case of return:
Right of withdrawal
- You have a period of 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.
- The return fee are your responsibility.
- Once we have received and inspected the returned product, your refund is issued within 14 days, to the original payment method.
- Before any return, it is mandatory to prevent us via the site contact form and attach the parcel tracking number.
Important:
- The product must be new, unopened and in its original packaging.
- Any open, used or damaged product will not be refunded.
Defective product or order error
- Contact us via the contact form by joining the photos of the product.
- After checking, we will send you a prepaid return slip.
Regarding pixel defects:
- Standard Standard: ≤ 3 Pixels Dead or Luminous Pixels (ungrounded in the 5 cm × 5 cm central area).
- Warranty Cover: Free replacement or full refund in case of more than 3 defects or defects in the central area.

The return address is sent to you by our customer service once your return request is approved.
