3.4 Pre-orders
- A product offered for pre-order is ordered from the factory as soon as payment is validated.
- Any request to cancel an order containing a pre-order product incurs cancellation fees: the payment processing fees actually borne by Kuycon and not refunded by the payment provider, plus 10 USD or the equivalent in the currency of the order.
- These fees are deducted from the refund; the balance is returned to the original payment method.
- The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the product remains fully applicable and is exercised without any cancellation fee.
