Where does it ship from and how long does delivery take?
Before you order, it helps to know where the screen comes from and when it will arrive. Here are the honest timelines.
Shipped from Europe
Orders ship from Europe, by Colissimo, Chronopost, FedEx, DHL or UPS depending on the destination and the current contract. Delivery takes 4 to 16 business days within Europe and 5 to 20 outside it.
Shipping is calculated from your delivery address and shown in full at checkout, before payment, so there are no surprises on cost.
Processing and cut-off
Any order placed before 16:00 Paris time is prepared and shipped within 2 to 3 working days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off or at the weekend start from the next business day.
Once the parcel is with the carrier, tracking follows it to your door. Within the EU everything is DDP, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
